Advantages of Mr. Worthy using the autocratic leadership.
Autocratic leadership can be useful in situation where decision need to make quickly and without involvement of the group members. An autocratic leader is a very strong professional highly skilled leader who is able to take charge of an organisation that is falling due to poor leadership a strong leader can turn things around quickly by setting goal and objective and step to take to accomplish them.
Disadvantage of Mr. Worthy using the autocratic leadership.
While autocratic leadership can be advantageous at times, there are many situation where the leadership style can be complicated. If the leader abuse the autocratic leadership position people will then view them as bossy and dislike them causing hard feeling among the group.

Hogan using the laissez- Faire Leadership
If group members are well motivated and have the skill and ability to cope on their own members who are professionally skilled can be trust to work on their own initiative since they are well skill in all area of their job they will be able to complete task without much guidance.
Disadvantage of Ms. Hogan using the laissez – faire leadership
If group members are lack the knowledge and skill to perform the job they will not be able to complete the task given and they are not liable to make good decision and solve problem on their own. Deadlines will be missed, project will be left incomplete because they are in need of a leader to direct them. In this situation Ms. Hogan needed a more hand – on approach within the organisation.
