Imagine for a second that you wake up from a pleasant dream. That you have no worries no problems. Life as you know it is full of surprises. All you know is that you are physically very near to someone. The warmth you feel around you is comforting as you can hear a heartbeat that is always nearby. Then you sense something is wrong, there is a disturbance somewhere. You feel a suction progressively getting stronger and closer. You move to escape but the suction appears to be targeting you. In a society that embraces being victimized and the mentality of getting everything immediately when you want it, people need to learn self-respect and responsibility. Responsibilities include being responsible with your sexual life. There are many forms of contraception that can be used, which all require some level of responsibility from at least one person engaging in the sexual activity. However, if a woman feels that keeping a child around that reminds her too much of an old relationship, she should give the child up for adoption. Women in California that fears being embarrassed by admitting that they no longer wish to care for their newborn have the opportunity to take their child to a Safe Heaven within 72 hours of birth. Safe Heavens are hospitals, fire stations, police departments and/or other government facilities that have been designated for leaving an unwanted child in a safe place. The woman does not have to fear persecution for abandoning her child. This is not the ideal situation for a baby, but it is better than killing the
