The image of a very muscular and powerful dog appealed to a certain type of person; and this appeal spread throughout the culture. Before you knew it there were all sorts of variations to the “pit bull”. A pit bull type is any of several breeds of dog in the molosser breed group. These dogs can be big or small, very muscular, with brick like shape heads. Breeds like American bull dogs and Labs are sometimes mistaken for pit bulls. These hybrid Pitts for the most part looks like APBT but are not. All one has to do is go on YouTube and look at the type of people that are portraying these dog in some glamorous fashion, and then look at the owner of the dog in most of the attacks and draw your own conclusion. The term temperament means the sum total of all inborn and acquired physical and mental traits and talents which determines forms and regulates behavior in an environment.
