Insomnia is one of the most common sleep disorders around the world. Insomnia can cause restless sleep and waking up in the middle of the night. In case one did not know, sleep is needed and if one does not get the right amount of sleep it could possibly cause deaths. Insomnia could happen for a couple of weeks or it could be chronic. There is actually three types of insomnia and they are primary, secondary and comorbid. Primary and secondary are the weak types of insomnia and it is mainly just troublesome with falling asleep or staying asleep, and it can be treated very easily. Comorbid insomnia is much stronger and has most of the symptoms of insomnia, and much more difficult to treat. All in all, insomnia is devastating to have to go through. Sleep heals the bodies heart and blood vessels and if people do not get the right amount of sleep then it can cause many health issues, such as stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, and kidney disease. One must get at least seven to eight hours of sleep and school children should get ten.
