Although, I could not buy books from the web or a app store, I had to buy the Leap Frog books that were compatible to my device but they still can be read without it. Susan D. USA Today conducted a survey of people, from 2011 to 2013, who have an e-reader (kindle, etc.) or a tablet (iPad, etc.).
