The expected result for fermentation of glucose test was negative while the observed result was positive. Conversely, in Kligler iron agar media, which exams the ability of bacteria to ferment lactose and glucose, M.Luteus gave negative outcome which matches the expected result. Usually M.Luteus is found in environments where the temperature is around 37 °C [3]. Also, M. Luteus is aerobic microorganism which favor oxygen environment which can be easily found on the mucosal linings of the upper pharynx, human mouth, and respiratory tract. M. Luteus can grow well in environments with little water or high salt concentrations. On human skin, M.Luteus breaks down compounds in sweat into compounds with bad odor. Also, it can be easily grown on Simmon 's citrate agar or on inorganic nitrogen agar. Moreover, M. Luteus found in soil, air, and it is part of the human skin flora. Also, M. lutes is known for its growth in dairy products which can be transmitted through consumption of milk [3]. Thus, the ideal environment for M.Luteus is aerobic habitat with 37 C temperature.
