The null and alternative hypothesis assumption of a chi square test can be formulated as follows:
H0: There is no relationship between effective communication and trust among employees towards management.
H1: There is a relationship between effective communication and trust among employees towards management.
In Table 6, the x2 is 11.512 and the p-value is 0.021 which is less than 0.05. Hence, there is statistical evidence to accept the alternative hypothesis H1 at 95 % level of confidence.Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between effective communication and trust among employees towards the managers. In the of Al-Hawary et al,(2013), it was found that communication was the most dominant practices in internal markeing.
Table 3 indicates that there is also a moderate correlation that is, training increases the skills of employees.
