The activities I chose were Yoga, playing with animals, humor, and exercise. According to Cottrell, Girvan, McKenzie, and Seabert, secondary prevention is “the preventive measures that lead to an early diagnosis and prompt treatment of a disease or an injury to limit disability and prevent more serious pathogenesis” (2015, p. 19). This is exactly what I did I intended to prevent things from getting worse by listing common symptoms for anxiety. Anxiety affects the majority of college students so I figured incorporating some fun activities such as playing with puppies would really draw a lot of the student population with anxiety to the events. Also incorporating that all the events are free would really draw in some college
