From the issues mentioned earlier about the expanding of the human errors via the manual process, the authors find the two effects that are perceived usefulness and user satisfaction on enhancing the organizational performance. The perceived usefulness is a degree of people believe in using the new technology enhance their effective jobs, so the authors provide the number of agreement from the preliminary interviews of Yemen’s employees that using information system can accomplish works more faster, improve employee-performance, and increase effective productivity. Through the results, the authors also experiment in user satisfaction with the IS which is a level of satisfaction. Besides, the authors also find out the positive connection between perceived usefulness and user satisfaction that together create the good benefits. To verify the point, they conduct the measurement by specific items such as “ productivity, profitability, competitive advantage, revenue enhancement, market value, and overall firm performance”, we can understand the term that the system achieves the needs or the effective satisfy with the system.
