Each student was required to discuss and explain their personality type leadership style. Then, we were expected to describe our work place, the cultural development, team creation/team coaching, and any legal or ethical issue the facility is facing. We were to discuss our leadership theory, the facility regulatory/accreditation agencies and how as leaders we maintain different policies and guidelines. In addition, we were required to explain a marketing plan for our facility, a disaster plan, a succession plan retention and motivation plan of our employees, and our relationship with the HR. This project is to be presented by using the power point and the Screencast-O-Matic tool. The content in module 1, 2, 3, and 5 were very helpful in helping this author find information and resources to complete the leadership
