This BBL is a peace treaty that gives the power to Bangsamoro people to have their own parliament government led by a wali. An enormous amount of funds is needed to establish this law. Although they will become independent to the Philippine government, Bangsamoro will still be under the Philippines considering themselves as Filipinos contributing resources, taxes etc. This law will make the Bangsamoro “centralized” and “more empowered because of its parliamentary government making new laws for them. We can assure that there will be zero percent chance of the Bangsamoro colonizing the whole Philippines because the laws of BBL must be in constitutional framework of the Republic of the Philippines but must not be influenced by the national government. Regional political parties must not be controlled by the national political parties to assure that BBL was in success. For me it’s not. Why? Based on the history of Bangsamoro that Mr. Zk Disscused to us, they were ones part of the Sultanate of Sulu which includes Sabah. If the main reason of the approval of BBL is to only establish a new political entity, then why would they do that? We know that the Bangsamoro might try to reclaim Sabah from Malaysia for decades. All they want is to centralize their government in order to force Malaysia to return Sabah. But why am I against the approval of BBL? It is because they will use history to acquire the rights of reclaiming Sabah. If that happened China will take the Spratly Islands and it will be a big problem for our continent. Why? Because China is using their land bridge theory saying that Philippines is connected to mainland China but once the ice melted it formed large body of water we called the West Philippine Sea. We know that, China is one of the fastest growing countries in the world and it could declare war at any time once they had a large body of water for their war vessels. And it could also be a burden for traders to pass by the Bashi channel because China can have the power to block those ships. But world war III is not the only reason for my position. We will spend too much for that for just one liberal group? There is another group named BIFF and im sure that they will ask something serious aside from new government. War will still
