From the time she stepped up to the podium to the time the event was over she radiated with niceness. She seemed so nice that I found myself questioning how a person like her could write a book like Love Me Back. Before the reading began, I member her apologizing to the mother that brought her small child with her for the vulgar language that she was about to use. Tierce even had an amazing attitude throughout the reading. She interacted with the audience pausing to make jokes that worked and once she even paused to tell a member of the audience bless you. While answering questions she even managed to stay down to Earth and stayed really humble. When asked how she was able to blend everything together in her book with such perfection, instead of getting a big ego and making up some false way about how she managed to write how she did, she simply told the audience that she had no idea how she did it. She even added in a metaphor about how writing is like driving a car. This humble attitude really made her a more likable
