A lot of organizational theories are mentioned in Organizational Theory by Jørgen Lægaard, but the most emphasized ones are Scientific Management by F.W. Taylor, Administrative Theory by H. Fayol, Bureaucracy Model by M. Weber and Theory of Administrative Behavior by H. Simon. This essay is going to give a short analysis of each theory and tell the readers which theory influences me the most. Additionally, this essay also shows my evaluation on how these concepts have affected the current organizational theories.

According to leadership styles, the definition of transactional leader they use reward and punishment to affect in their flowers, they ignore flower’s needs and aspiration and they motivated by their own achievement and power (Trevino & Brown, 2005, P. 77). According that definition of Bernard Ebbers described as Transactional leader. He concerned about his own achievement and his power only, as he cared about acquisitions of firms and built his impair relays on cost-cutting and discharging the Acquired company’s employees.
