Introduction
Understanding the causes and effects of obesity to the patient, then, designing an implementation plan to enhance patient’s health status, we would apply instrumental conditioning for seeking patient’s cooperation.

“Positive reinforcement involves the addition of a reinforcing stimulus following a behavior that makes it more likely that the behavior will occur again in the future. In reality, we know that lazy, busy, powerless, lack of encouragement and strength, timeless, all are the reasons that the patient could explain why he could not fulfill the requirement of exercise regimen. Thus we can design activities to bar his reasons not to do exercise.
According the negative reinforcement’s suggestion, we can design regular meeting with the patient and his family members. Purposefully, asking the patient’s family members and friends to have a closely contact to the patient in order to reduce his feeling of discrimination.
After implementation of exercise regimen, he reduces his body weight, his stress and his any chronic illnesses. Then he willingly continues to do exercise until he has good result from his struggle. He initially establishes his self-esteem because of his sense of accomplishment and the accompaniment from friends. When the patient’s weight is decreased, we can celebrate with him or encourage him further
