As the head of the department he will need to lead the whole department therefore he will need to demonstrate good knowledge in the field of work and his leadership skills. With him passing this leadership test we will then move on to his past achievements in his previous workplaces and his years of experience before moving on to the next segment of the interview. By passing both the previous test we will move on to the next test which will be his weakness and strength that he possesses. After identifying his weakness and strengths we will plan courses that will help him in area that he is slightly weaker in and help him enhance his strengths which were already identified during the interview. After the planning part we will ask him what can he and how can he contribute to the company and to the department as a whole. After all this we will also have a rough gauge on his personality and the way he carry himself as a senior management staff.
