At 1941 hours, Sergeant Kyle Garwood and I were dispatched to the front lobby of Shocker Hall to meet with Rebecca Snow/WSU ID#G845P234. Rebecca relayed to dispatch they wanted to conduct a welfare check on a student. We arrived at 1943 hours and met with Rebecca. Rebecca and Tracy Saffell/WSU ID#V342H968 explained to us they wanted to check the welfare of a female student who had not been seen or heard from since yesterday (10-18-2015) afternoon. Tracy advised the female had not been to work either. She advised the females friends were in the lobby of building “B” waiting on us to arrive. Tracy advised the friends to wait on the second floor of building “B.” I asked Tracy if there was any history they were aware of with the female student. Rebecca said the friends mentioned the female had depression in the past and had recently broken up with her boyfriend.
We went up to the third floor of building “B.” Sergeant Garwood advised dispatch we would be at room B3180. Rebecca knocked on the door three times.
