The policy we chose was codified law 25-7A-56, regarding South Dakota Child Support revokes or restricts driver’s licenses, and professional, business or recreational licenses if a non-custodial parent owes at least $1,000 in overdue support and hasn’t paid support in 3 months ( South Dakota Legislature).

The combination of the parents income is divided evenly between both parents based on their incomes.
