What the country needs to do is start a fundraiser specifically for building poor farms. We could possibly raise enough money to start construction on them or just find old rundown farms and fix them up. Someone could also find homeless people to help build them and in return they would get a warm place to sleep and a good meal everynight. Rich people could give high donations too because i know when rich people see homeless people they get disgusted with how they live and they wish they would just leave. The thing is they dont have anywhere to go but there. Just because someone is homeless doesn’t necessarily make them a bad person it just means they have nowhere to go and no money because they got fired from there job, or are unable to work, etc. Things you can do to help is send money, food, water, clothes, blankets. Or you could possibly just volunteer to help build the poor
