The Characteristics of the collaborator is completely different from that of the avoider, the collaborator has high goal orientation and high relationship preservation. The collaborator will work with the other person to find a solution, which satisfies the concerns of both parties, the collaborator, unlike the avoider, the collaborator will dig into the situation to find the underlying concerns.
