Pro euthanasia argument for different cultures
Medically Assisted suicide is probably one of the more arguable topics of the modern day. Medically Assisted suicide, or the more often used term Euthanasia, is defined as “the act or practice of causing or permitting the death of hopelessly sick or injured individuals in a relatively painless way for reasons of mercy” (Lopez-Castroman 1). In places all throughout the world people will accumulate their beliefs over death and the routes to it, your choice or not (Tonti-Filippini 713). In this paper I will be discussing my stand point on the morality of Euthanasia. Euthanasia in Belgium continues to increase, an astonishing 953 assisted deaths were reported in 2010 to 1,807 in 2013. Although this nation has such high numbers of these deaths, they’ve also established requirements to be approved for the process. Belgium undergoes a 3-month evaluation period, in this time medical records, psychological evaluation and financial statements are considered.
