One of the issues is the politics in the Aboriginal community control where black politics is against white politics. The main goal of Danila Dilba lies underneath this issue and is fighting for it. In this context, the challenges faced by Danila Dilba are that there is still a lack of resources and majority of staffs have left their jobs at a relatively high rate. In addition, the health sector is very demanding and the health care workers tend to get exhausted and fail to keep up with those demands. This challenge is both physically and mentally stressful (Danila Dilba Biluru Butji Binnilutlum, Health Service, 2001).
