It is something we are all the time in all aspects of our lives like at work, home, school, etc. Integrity is having a set of core values that you live by on a consistent, daily basis. Having a set of values that remind you to stay humble, treat others like you would want to be treated, and refusing to be offended by others actions. Consistently trying to be an exemplary to others. It takes having the courage to do the right thing, no matter what the consequences will be. Building a reputation of integrity takes years, but it takes only a second to lose, so never allow yourself to ever do anything that would damage your integrity.
