The four-letter code provided by the test is ENTJ. If I have to describe the personality under this code, it would be either a pathfinder or organizer. This personality is by nature headed to mix things up and to get ideas going. It seems to be more genuine and power (or impact) hungry. By saying this, I believe the power reveals within myself. Which code do you think you would find most difficult to manage, and why? Give an example from your experience (work or school).

I am not saying I was bad with customers or my colleagues; I know a key to success is to have a good relationship with both customers and people around you which I have this, but I am always serious with both of them. I tried to be better on this issue, which I was a bit successful during my job at a high-tech company. I know I still have to work on this matter to get better, and have a little fun discussion with both colleagues and customers. I am working on it, and when I look back, I can see a very good improvement on myself, but I still have room for
