The tart was delicious and beautiful. The creamy chicken liver mousse balanced perfectly in texture and flavor with the sweetness of a well made jam and the crunchy tart. For our surprise, the freshness of small bites of picked vegetables light up the mousse and definitely our day. The proportion of ingredients was perfect served and reached an incredible combination of texture and flavours. Amazing!
