Summary
Basically it was about this women who was brought into the US still in her Latina ways. At first she wasn’t use to it. Like she was saying that in her country they wear bright clothes and stuff. In her country that was like formal wear but hear in the US, that is a sexual sign. She wasn’t use to that when she first got here. Here in the US, they called Latina girls that dress in bright colors “hot tamale”. It means whore and what the author is really saying it in the title is that she don’t want to be call a whore.
