At the time when automobiles were not available and horses and railroads were the only means, transportation was a problem. Transportation by horses were expensive and hectic and by railroads was only for long-distances. This as a result it caused the people to have a social interaction problem. A visit to nearest town, five miles away, would had almost taken a day by horse. Moreover, skilled manpower was required to use the horse. Also, a significant amount of time too for the buggy setup and horse preparation. Thus, transportation was hard and travel very rare. This caused most of the people living in the farmlands to be isolated from the community and the society(34). However, after the invention of automobile, this isolation was dramatically disappeared. Now, people could easily go to their neighbour 's place within a matter of minutes and city within couple of hours. The social interaction problem thus solved. Similarly, automobile gave women mobility and liberty. The time when horses were the only medium, high skills were required to use the horse. While now, the automobiles requires relatively easier skills, women could easily drive the automobile all by themselves. Hence, a feeling of freedom build up among the
