The researcher from Harvard Business School found out that, there are more than one on four people paid a bribe in the past year, based on survey of 111,400 respondents in 107 countries, and the thing that shocked me the most is, the World Bank estimated $1 trillion dollar is offered in bribes every year. Moreover, this unethical behavior will sure affect the morality of the employee to decline, and eventually the employee will be having low productivity, and the fame of the organization will be harshly destroyed. The government should implant activities that relate to bribery and corruption once in every year. By having these activity, it helps to increase the awareness of consequences for committing bribery and corruption among the children. Furthermore, the government can launch an additional subject that are related to the issue of bribery and corruption. By doing these activities, it could help in decreasing the cases of bribery and corruption as the children will think twice if they wanted to commit to bribery and corruption.
Lastly, as the employer of an organization, they must ensure they make a clear message throughout the business that bribery will be not be tolerated. The employer need to make sure that the senior managers personally involved in making sure that proportion steps are taken to prevent of happening of bribery and corruption. Furthermore, as an employer, they need to conduct an activity or talks to the employee once in a year regardless on the issue bribery and corruption.
