She said that he used force and that the only thing she could do is to wait everything to be over. Second alleged victim, Andrea Constand, said that Cosby drugged and raped her in 2004. Considering that this case is not typical job discrimination case that took place, for example at the grocery store, between a manager and his or her employee, I can only say that some of the actions I would take are actively researching and reporting about this case, meaning, I would interview potential victims and try to determine their credibility. Also, I would constantly keep this news alive and active, I would educate the employees in my company how important is to report any kind of abasement and I would try to build a healthy environment where everyone would feel safe and free to speak about their problems. If I am an HR of a company and my worker is asking me for a help because his or her boss drugged and sexually abused him or her I would immediately call the police, after, according to the case I would decide which employee would be first suspended then fired. I would provide psychiatrist, or any kind of medical help needed for the damaged party. For all other employees in the company
