Anwar is the founder of Enman which was formed over 30 years ago and worked as leading energy consultant for government and private organisations in Australia and overseas. Anwar has been trained for measurement and verification and conducted M&V for many organisation such as Clean technology fund, NSW ,Australian Green building fund , Cardinia shire council green building fund, etc

Anwar is a chartered engineer with the following qualification
• BEng from University of QLD in 1968,
• Master of Engineering science from Newcastle University,1971
• Master of Engineering with honours (research degree) from University of Newcastle and NSW.1973
Anwar conducted energy management training program internationally including Victorian water industry, on behalf of SV, water authority for South Australian government, Electricity commission of NSW, AGL and many others.
Prior to forming Enman Anwar was the General Manager of Combustion Engineering USA as head of Energy management division working all around the world.
Anwar worked as R&D engineer for Lend Lease corporation for energy efficient HVAC design in early 70’s
In late 60’s Anwar worked on the research and development on Solar Air-conditioning for Pakistan Atomic energy commission.

Rosemary has worked for Enman for around 2 years. She is an honours graduate from Adelaide University in Mechanical and sustainability engineering.
