Did you know that corporations are considered citizens of a state or nation? Basically they have the same rights as you do. Corporations differ from small businesses because they are concerned and responsible for the actions and behavior of employees, investors, customer and suppliers. Just like normal human they have to earn a living which is referred to as making a profile. Companies can be considered moral individual or moral agents. We closely monitor our core values which are to adhere to reporting structure, be respectful, and minimize personal communications. We have a good neighbor program that ensures that all employees respect each other. We have assigned ordinary employees with the responsibility to report violation. These employees adhere to the report structure which is also one of our core values.
Monitoring communication has proven to be a sticky point. We monitor communication by not allowing employees to use personal cell phones at work. Office phones track all phone number and are review to ensure calls place are business related.
