She stood about 5’4, had grey hair and brown eyes. You could almost always catch her in her white tennis shoes, black loose pants and some t-shirt that had words on it. One particular shirt she wore was a white t-shirt that had the words “Celebrate the dash” on it. For some reason, she wore a different shirt out in public than she did just sitting at home. It was still some t-shirt but she always changed into a different t-shirt when leaving the house. She was graduating June 3, 2017 so we were leaving May 31st. I asked Mom to go over to Grandma’s house so I could say goodbye. I remember walking out of the house and saying to myself “Remember this, it might be the last.” So I remembered her leaning up against the table and saying goodbye. I quickly pushed the idea about it being the last because she was going to live forever.
