Planned Parenthood is a nonprofit organization that currently has over 800 clinics. Planned Parenthood also provides low cost health services to mothers and children. Also, a pro-choice organization that believe in us having a choice of what to do with our bodies. Birth control and abortion have come a long way but there is still much more work to do to help assist in educating the minority and low income groups. Having the right to choose to have an abortion or to choose to use birth control is right that we shouldn’t have to fight for. When did men have to fight for a right concerning their body? Religious groups and the government need to stop trying to control our lives. Now a day’s the government does assist low income families but that was not always the case.
