Because of this personality trait, I am typically able to get along with everyone and anyone. Even if I do not like someone, I am able to get along with him or her just like I would be able to with anyone else I would just not choose to spend my time around him or her. I try to be open and approachable to everyone. I keep an open door p[policy at work which fosters a cooperative workplace setting. I am also able to smooth over the most frustrated of customers with little effort, my goal on the phone is to hear a smile in their voice or at the very least an understanding with the removal of anger in the customer’s voice. However, this personality trait also makes me have to second-guess people in the work place to make sure they are not taking advantage of my agreeableness. My organizations skills were put to the test trying to move everyone just one-step further in the project without a form of direct contact. My agreeableness received limited to no feedback because I could not see everyone or speak to everyone at the same time, which was extremely personally frustrating. My openness to experiences made me particularly excited for this class because as the manager for over 10 years I cannot receive true feedback from my employees because I hold a point of power, which causes them to censor
