Most people there were army men or soldiers which was devastating for the U.S.’s military. People who weren’t aware of the attack were easy targets for Japan. When the planes found their way to the shore of Pearl Harbor, it was extreme chaos. People were running frantically, bombs landing on the ground, ships and aircrafts sinking or falling.
