How is the influence of fast food or healthy food affecting us in our daily lives, do we
have resources of obtaining healthy food that benefits us in our health and that doesn’t harm are
health and are mental stability. In my research I will look at the way that food in the urban is
consumed where is the healthier and the unhealthy food and how is it affecting people 's health. I
will first research different types of neighborhoods in the city. What type of neighborhood has
fast food restaurant. What type of people are these industries after to consume their food.

Also what is the percentage of the healthier market and
restaurant being located in higher social class neighborhoods. I will first see in what part of the
city people consume better, healthier food and the impact it has toward a healthier lifestyle.
Where do people consume the unhealthy food that has the most impact toward an unhealthy
lifestyle that come along with many sicknesses and disease. I will try to find resources based on
the lower middle class people that consume more fast food because of how many fast food
restaurant that are located everywhere, how the healthier food had been minimized and that it is
affecting our health. In this paper I plan to seek an understanding of why people consume too
much fast food, if it because the fresher, healthier food has been minimized to some of the
neighborhoods or if it because of the low price difference. Most people consume fast food
because they can 't afford to buy healthier food so they settle for the unhealthy low priced fast
food. In Nicole Larson 's article she explains how poor diet and obesity can lead to chronic

Even though America is one of the most advanced countries
it still does have great health problems and it 's mostly because of food deprivation and
influence of fast food Many low income neighborhoods, communities of color and rural areas
also have trouble accessing food and it can become a challenge that can cause stress and a sense
of crowding because of how or where they will have to attend to buy food. Also that in
hundreds of neighborhoods across the US nutrition, affordable prices in food and high quality
of the food is mostly missing in our environment for people to have a healthy lifestyle. Many
people because of the impairment of receiving high quality food are suffering from heart
disease, obesity and diabetes and other types of diseases. Many adults that suffer from diabetes
in East Harlem community in New York City expressed that they didn’t follow a dietary
guideline because the necessary food were less available for them to maintain their health
