The use of clinical preparation worksheets in clinical facilitated an improvement understanding of acute and chronic health conditions through evaluation of physiological changes, medical and pharmacological interventions, and necessary nursing measures. These fundamental tools helped build a better understanding of various illnesses across the lifespan. Lastly and most importantly, through distinct patient interactions, I learned to better communicate with individuals and offer emotional support when it is most needed. Exposure to patients of diverse backgrounds and stages of life allowed me to become competent in providing age and culturally appropriate, safe, and effective care.
Strengths and Improvements for Objective My interpersonal skills have greatly improved throughout the program, allowing me to better interact with patients of diverse backgrounds.
