Understanding this stage you will realize that things can turn into a heated communication because members tend to be hostile and argumentative. You will also notice mini teams within the group. This is when the team leader needs to step up his game to clarify the team member’s expectations. During a team project of the class we saw two individuals fighting because one person was working longer hours than the other person. This could have been prevent it if the leader could off inform us that he was going through a divorce and the spouse was leaving him. Even though it was a personal issue the leader could off said something to us without getting into details. I learned from this incident that if something is bother me or to one of my subordinates to speak
