Dialectical materialism is a world-recognized philosophy of science and nature. Two basic theories of Dialectical materialism are everything in material world is connected universally and developed constantly. The first opinion is that everything existing in the world is interaction and correlated with something else. Related to Kolb’s experiential learning theory, Kolb has point out that people may naturally prefer a certain learning style, but this learning preference would be changed and improved after time. In experiential learning cycle theory, Kolb has suggest that “Our propensity to reconcile and successfully integrate the four different learning styles improves as we mature through our development stages”(S, 2014). He has identified several development stages an adult would went through. First stage called acquisition, it is the stage a person grow from birth to adolescence. A person’s mentality mainly reflect his gifted in the beginning. In this stage people would learn and develop basic abilities and “cognitive structures”. Then here comes the specialization stage which involves schooling, early work and personal experience of growing to an adult. The last stage called “integration”, people in middle career process to later life are experiencing this stage. Within this stage people “express non dominant learning style in work and personal life”. Kolb’s theory concerned about a cycle that the existing experience would be learned and analyzed for people in order to earn a new experience, which is in line with the
