Some scholars claim that if one gender becomes salient and too important to influence performance in settings where women in a male-dominated setting,, the gender stereotype might be occurred and linked to the job elements (Ridgeway and Correli; 2004; Ridgeway 2006; Bobbitt-zeher,2011). Some researchers focusing on stereotypes argue that female occupied the position which dominated by men who may be more easier to face gender discrimination. The consequence of this result may from males who want to get privilege in these industries. Moreover, women in these setting which men dominated meet much more harassment as male want to interpret women presences which a menace to men’s position (Chamberlain et al. 2008; Bobbitt-zeher,2011). The main difference between the quality method and quantity method is how to get the theory. For quality method the theory be gotten through inductive while for quantity method the theory from deductive (Bryman and Bell, 2011).
