While one or two were having a conversation in the from the others were emphasizing the scene or planning for the next one. For example, in this particular version, the story took place in/on the ocean. To make it appear as the ocean, two of the actors would bring out a giant silky cloth that they waved in different ways. Also, when one person was supposed to be on top of the ocean and the other beneath it, the two holding the cloth pulled it up on its side rather than having it on the ground. This was all done in the moment. Not one word was said as to what to do next. They knew how to communicate with each other without actually saying anything. During the show, there were moments where objects were passed between the actors even though they didn’t say they wanted the object. During one show, another actor began draping fabric on another actor, the fabric was just placed there but the actor quickly figured out how to tie it into the scene to move the story forward. In the end, this show turned out to be wildly entertaining for anyone that showed up. Between the silencing troll, the basic setup, and the cooperation of the entire cast, they were able to put on this glorious production. Improvisation is never scripted, but there does need to be some form of structure to make this all run
