Management has made it easy for the employees to tell their grievances as well as the things they like in the organization. The organization has also made it easy for employees to work in groups by letting them choose who they want to work with on projects that require teamwork. This is crucial when it comes to developing effective teams (Chapman, 2016). A good communication climate is crucial if goals are to be achieved. According to the motivation theory, goals are vital when it comes to the behavior and motivation of employees (Motivation and motivation theory, 2015). Our organization clearly communicates the goal of every activity, as well as the organization’s goals. Even though management has made it easy to reach them through all means of communication including email, sometimes it takes time for management to confirm if they got a message. That sometimes leaves us in a state of confusion since it can be hard to determine what management thinks of your suggestions. What I would love to do is make sure that, no matter how busy management is, they always acknowledge that the message arrived and that they are working on it. That way, feedback can be improved, and work can proceed faster than when a section of employees is in a state of waiting. However, this does not happen too often but, I would like to see such a practice
