Never under estimate the power of repetition, especially of negative actions, that you keep repeating on a daily basis.
What appears insignificant or seems inconsequential at present, has the potential to change you big time in future if it is repeated daily without any break. Once you make the habit of consciously making healthy choices, a time will come when it will no longer feel difficult to pursue a healthy lifestyle.
Changing your negative habits by making small tweaks in them can radically change the course of your life for good. These minor modifications do not require massive change in your personality, lifestyle or goals.
However, once you incorporate such positive, minor modifications in your life, then such positive fine-tuning will displace the bad habits you have by changing your life in an unbelievably good way.

That is why knowing your mission, your purpose, your calling is so essential because once you are clear about life’s mission, you will view every action, every thought from the lenses of your life’s mission.
