2. In the lawsuit, Google is being accused of selling the trademarked name "Rescuecom” being the key word to the Rescuecom's competitors. Google’s search engines use the keywords in delivering their search results, through that, it was like allowing the competitors to appear first on the results page incase the user searches for the "Rescuecom." There has been a lawsuit regarding the faulty switches in the cars produced by GM, which resulted into 13 deaths and 31 car accidents. GM had to recall over 26 million of their cars for various reasons. The amount of money the plaintiffs can sue is still questionable since lots of deaths and accidents had since happened as a result of faulty switches.
