Barack Hussein Obama is an American politician who served as the 44th President of the United States from 2009 to 2017. He is the first African American to have served as president, as well as the first born outside the contiguous United States. He was born on August 4 in 1961 in Honolulu, He grew up mostly in Hawaii, but also spent one year of his childhood in Washington State and four years in Indonesia. In this situation, a good leader should handle crisis and try to solve it. As a leader, Obama has a strategy to dealing with others through he has allowed others to make decisions, but other times he was strict and he did not allow for others to make important decisions This helped him to deal a lot with the crisis that he faces in his career.As a leader, you will deal with a lot of people and different people have different personalities and backgrounds which means that they could have a viewpoint that is exactly opposite to what the leader have in mind.
