INTRODUCTION
Self-esteem plays a vital role in one’s life. People with low self-esteem may feel a lack of self-confidence to face different challenges in their life. If we compare any two individuals, one with low self-esteem and another one with good self-esteem, the first one would have negative thoughts and the second one would have positive thoughts and attitudes.Most of the them are unable to share their problems and seek guidance about their problems related to body images because of the fear of bullying and social discrimination.
