It’s never worth dealing with a bad haircut for the next three to six months just because you didn't want to speak up or hurt anyone's feelings. If you hear the buzzword ‘layers’ in the first sentence, you should politely walk out. Or if the stylist says, “I’ve never seen so much hair before!”, most likely you’re going to end up with a bad cut. Ask the stylist what kind of experience they have with curly hair and how they plan to go about cutting yours. Never hesitate to ask to get something fixed after a less than stellar cut, especially if you've shelled out some dough.
Schedule A Consultation: Finding a curly hair stylist is an investment, so you want to be sure you’re making a good one! Try narrowing down your search by scheduling a consultation.
