This tool serves multiple purposes such as helping the motel increase its efficiency by tracking all guest comments. When management observes that particular rooms are complemented frequently, the housekeeper is then rewarded for regularly performing superior work (Buddemeyer, 2009). The rewarded housekeepers continue to provide exceptionally clean rooms to their guests and enhancing Hampton Inn’s great reputation.
