A recorder, a measurer, a control, and a tester will be needed. Firstly, gather the equipment needed for the cardio lab. A timer, sanitary wipes, and a kit which has stethoscope and a sphygmomanometer will be necessary. Firstly, have your control and test partners have their heart rate measured before any exercise. In order to do this, set the timer for 15 seconds and have them measure their heart rates. This is usually done counting the pulse felt in the neck or wrist. When the data for the heart rate before exercise has been collected, multiply the tester and control heart’s pulse by four in order to get a full 60 seconds. Record the data collected and have the measurer in your group help calculate the blood pressure in the control and the partner being tested. After the blood pressure data is recorded, have the tester exercise by doing a set of 25 jumping jacks and the control stay inactive in physical activity. As soon as the tester is done with the exercise, have the control and tester measure their heart rate again and repeat the same process with calculating the blood pressure. Have the recorder write the data down and repeat the same process again in 10 minutes by calculating the heart rate and blood pressure again. Make sure neither the control or tester is exercising at this time. When all data is recorded and calculated properly, use sanitary wipes to clean the equipment used and store away in the proper
