Riddell, an American company specializing in sports equipment for American football presented their 2002 Revolution model which promoted a 31% reduction of concussion risks, while Xenith, which claims to be the industry leader in football helmet technology, is producing a new design which has an absorber formerly not used within the foam of helmets. This company, owned by Vin Ferrara, is considered to be the leader in working on helmets in response to the concussion problem.
