Noonan syndrome is an autosomal dominant, variably expresses, multisystem disorder characterized by congenital heart disease, craniofacial dysmorphism, webbed neck, developmental delay, learning difficulties, short stature, lymphatic malformations, bleeding difficulties [1]. The main craniofacial features include hypertelorism with downward slanting palpebral fissures, ptosis, low set, posteriorly rotated ears with a thick, deeply grooved philtrum and high arched palate [3,1].
